Motivated undergraduate and postgraduate students drive the research activities in the group. My goal as a mentor is to help the researchers grow into competent research professionals, through regular individual and group interactions. I like to provide the initial thrust by taking the driving seat and the students are expected to lead and become self drivers of their projects after gaining momentum.
